At Gelotto, we respect your privacy and provide a simple way to request the deletion of your BlockMap account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your BlockMap account, please send an email to admin@gelotto.io with the following details:

• Your registered email address or username used in BlockMap.
• A brief statement requesting account deletion.

Example: "Please delete my BlockMap account associated with [email/username]."

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

Data Deleted and Retained

Upon deletion, we will remove the following data associated with your BlockMap account:

• Email address and user ID used for authentication.
• Username and profile information.
• $GUSD balance and gameplay data (e.g., owned pixels, spawned animals).
• Zombie bounty history.

Some data may be retained for operational or legal purposes:

• Anonymized pixel ownership records (without personal identifiers).
• Backup logs for up to 60 days to comply with legal obligations.
